General Refund Terms
- Payments made to Webfrog IT Services are for the allocation of time, resources, and expertise required to initiate and execute your project.
- Refunds are not applicable once work has started, as our team dedicates valuable effort and resources from the very beginning.
- Refunds, if approved under special circumstances within 7 days of Payment, will be processed only after a detailed review by our management
Client Responsibility for Project Data
- Clients are required to provide all necessary content, data, images, and other materials within 10 days of making the payment.
- If the client fails to provide the required data within 10 days, the project will be considered on hold due to client-side delay, and no refund will be issued.
- The payment will remain valid as service credit, and the project can be resumed once the client provides the pending data.
Non-Refundable Services
- Domain name registration, hosting, SSL certificates, third-party tools, and similar services are strictly non-refundable.
- Website Designing and Development, SEO, digital marketing, and consultation services are non-refundable once the campaign or consultation has started.
Project Cancellation by Client
- If a client requests to cancel a project before work begins within 7 days, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and setup costs.
- Once work has started, no refund is possible, regardless of project progress, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Project Cancellation by Webfrog IT Services
- In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill our commitments due to internal reasons, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
